She scolds me when I’m stupid Though she’ll never use the word It’s simply by, the look in her eye That proves no words need be heard I acknowledge with an uneasy sigh But, somehow, it never soaks in She looks at me and wonders why I’d rather sink, than swim. Things ingrained into me […]

Hello friends. My name is Alyssa and I am the owner of Thanks for Noticing Me. I have graduated from William Paterson University with a B.A. in Sociology with a concentration of Criminal Justice, as well as Southern New Hampshire University with a Certificate in Crime & Criminology. I would like to think I am very easy to get along with and very easy to work with. I began being interested with Social Media when my friends and family kept asking me questions about how things work on Facebook Twitter, etc., because I always seemed to figure it out rather quickly. I love helping people, it's something I have always enjoyed doing. I began working with social media when I was 19 and at age 22 I opened Thanks for Noticing Me as an official business.
My inspiration for the name "Thanks for Noticing Me" came from my love for Eeyore. I was sitting around with my mom one day trying to think of a name for my business when she picked up my stuffed Eeyore and jokingly said, "thanks for noticing me." We both paused and realized that name was perfect! The best part is, whenever someone see's a post from me about them or business they respond, "Hey Alyssa, thanks for noticing me!" - I love that!
My main goal is to help people feel less stressed out with work. People spend so much time trying to keep up with their social media posts that they don't have enough time for work and they fall behind. My job is to keep up with their social media and keep people informed of what is going on so that businesses can focus on their work.
